There seems to be a substantial difference between the Senate GOP and House GOP.I don't see the Senate GOP leadership insisting that a majority of their caucus must support something or they would filibuster.You're right concerning the dynamics,the House GOP[or at least a good amount of them] have publicly positioned themselves into the 'deport 'em all' category and it makes me wonder what sorta negotiations can come out of something like that.Boehner should and more than likely might have to retract the 'Hastert' rule in order for this to work.
Boehner will not only be getting pressure from Senators to get something passed.....but the very same coalition that helped to get it passed through the Senate!
