What the hell are you talking about? If someone has "connections" it doesn't matter if AA is law or not they'd still get in...
This is my example you have 10 seats open.. 2 of those seats have to be filled by blacks and 1 has to be filled by a Hispanic and another have to be filled by a native american
So you have the highest possible amount of seats Caucasians can fill are 6
Now lets say in the top lineup from the most qualified to the least..
W = white
B = black
O = other (Hispanic, Asians etc)
Most qualified example:
W, W, B, W, W, W, W, O, W, W, B, W, O
Now as you can see, if you we're to pick from the most qualified to the least you would have
8 whites
1 black
1 other minority
But because of this stupid law, it would kick 2 whites out of their seats because they "have to" fill in the minority seats.. Doesn't this seem like discrimination against whites?
This law needs to be overturned and make it most qualified gets the job, if the top 10 qualified candidates are all black, I'd want every single one of them to get their seat.. If its all whites I'd want the same thing.
Don't give me this bull shit connections this connections that.. If you have connections, it doesn't matter what law is in place, you'll get what you want.
