My brother got an RFE notice. He had an arrest but nothing serious. We sent all the court documents, but we forgot to write down the explanation of the circumstances. Now in the RFE notice are asking to give an explanation and to send certified documents from the court, arrest record etc. Also they are asking for evidence for any of the absences he has done, but he has never been out of the country. We sent all of his bank statements that show every month for every year and some other documents here and there? What should we do and what do you guys think we should sent. Some of our closest friends have done affidavit's to send them too. I would appreciate if any one can give me their opinion. Thanks
