...and thats Big Obama to the rescue...

I believe Obama may be strategizing on the best time to jump in this whole drama, derail the Republicans stalling and release DACA for all undocumented individuals. But he may still be working out how long more to wait before he is almost certain CIR will not happen. I think the last thing Obama wants is to jump in too soon and cause CIR to fail when it might have passed this year...He wants to be certain.
