It's confusing when the consensus of the GOP conference was to approach immigration reform in a piecemeal fashion, and they release an official statement reflecting this position, but the Gang of 7's comprehensive bill is still touted as an option?



I hope the reason for this apparent contradiction is Boehner's tacit approval for them to continue with this bipartisan bill in case the GOP's other options fail.
