I don't think open minded is the right word Luna was looking for. Open minded just means you might disagree with the other party but are open to discussion without attacking the other party personally. Sid might have not liked all this g-spot talk, but he wouldn't have called anybody out on it. G33k agrees with the other party here, but we haven't seen how he reacts when opinions differ.
