Indeed,I don't see how it could be a problem since there are many people who were previously undocumented but have had no issue gaining employment or other issues.I wonder what sort of penalty the undocumented would plead guilty whether it would be based solely on being unlawfully present or if violating a prior visa/entering without inspection could be it.The concern I have whether that would be based on current law or the punitive regulations within a compromise.
