Thank you everyone! My brother and I contacted our congressman about our cases about two weeks ago and I got an approval today. My brother is still waiting but I'm hopeful he will get approved soon. I suggest you all to contact your congressman about your case, it doesn't hurt to try. And don't worry about your congressman being a republican, mine is but he/she is supposed to help out the community.
