These guys shouldn't be rewarded for bringing this to "light" we all know the immigration system is broken, and if these guys get legalization through this way, it wouldn't be fair to the millions who have gotten denied asylum based on the same criteria that these guys are bringing up.

They shouldn't have left. Its like.. they couldn't handle it before, so now that they saw an opportunity they want to come back because they swear they deserve to be here. YOU MADE A CHOICE TO GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY. They deserve nothing from here. I bet you they thought things were going to be better for them over in Mexico, which is why they left in the first place, so the asylum case based on fear should be thrown out just based on that. If they do get let go, we should all go back and get status that way. bullshit is what this is.
