Hey guys, I'm hoping someone here can help with a few questions. I'm in the process of getting a job at BofA (fingers crossed), and the next step is an Education and Employment background check.They are are VERY strict about this, and want my detailed work history with accurate dates for the last 5 years. My question is do you guys know what shows up? I only started working legally this year, everything prior to that I was either using my ITIN or was just under the table. Can they link you to a previous job just by name and address? Will it look bad for me to list employers that probably won't show up? I'm terrified and don't want to mess this up.
