see my sister she send her middle school transcripts from school, high school and her college transcripts with 2012 w2 returns thats it but she got approved back in march. maybe person did not looked your papers as should have been though im confuse with 2006 question you mentioned above...anyway i would suggest talk with your lawyer or call customer service.
