It's not about not being honest.. The application asks you to include, if you have any records(Specifically says DO NOT include traffic tickets).
In my case I had a no-insurance traffic ticket I did not pay. After that I was pulled over because my turning signal was not working. Officer had a warrant for the Non-Insurance ticket and arrested me. I got off with a bond on the same day. I went to court and all tickets dismissed and all my money reimbursed.
I still got an RFE for that specific arrest. Which was only for traffic tickets and no criminal records are on my background.
