Call them dont do it online. Call the national hotline or whatever immigration is calling it these days by calling 1-800-375-5283. Now its very important that when its dialing and it asks you for info on deferred action press that button which I think is 0. Now listen to the message and when its done it will ask you if you want more info press that button. Then after the message press the button to speak with a representative. What you want to do is bitch and complain like crazy BUT do it very nicely cause the people that you get redirected to are usually pretty nice. And tell them you would like to file an e-request to see why the hell immigration is taking so long!!!! (again nicely) and then they will ask you for info and give you a long number for a confirmation. You should get an email back within a few days (even though they say 15 or 21). 31 days after that file again and repeat the process and after a few times the reps themselves can add on notes to the e-request. I hope this helps.

I don't plan on staying quiet (as I've said it many times in the different threads), I just need to wait twelve more days to be able to b!tch and start emailing even more people, someone might be helpful (I know my congressman was not).

Dude thats the key dont keep quiet at all i use to call like 5 times a week asking for processing times and other shit, if I wasnt doing that I had Infopass appts, and if I wasnt doing that it was e-requests. Staying quiet in this matter is like a sin LOL
