El Paso - Texas federal authorities deported Wednesday to a second demonstrator from a group of 34 young immigrants who in September was turned over to the U.S. authorities on the border with Mexico , and are known as the " Dream30 " .
Brandon 's attorney Peņa Efren Valencia reported that it was delivered on Tuesday to the Mexican authorities .
Of the 34 , nine were released shortly after crossing into the United States. Another 16 were released long after interviews identified that met the criteria for asylum , seven remain in detention. Two of these waiting to be released while the other could be deported .
All came to the United States without immigration papers as children and are not U.S. citizens.
They are called " dreamers " in reference to the Dream Act that would give immigrants legal status as they live in the country .
In September protested to bring together young people deported with their families in the United States.
