1st call no one picked up the phone due to high volume.
2nd call a guy picked up and i said what i had to say, and then i asked him are there a lot of calls from these days ? he said yes, how many pros/cons ? he said " most of the callers are being very supportive from what i have seen" and he encourages to make more phone calls, to push the bill.
