Maybe not deferred action for all just like that, but maybe a significantly expanded version...so it covers people who have been here a very long time, older Dreamers that couldn't get DACA due to being over the age cap, mothers and fathers who have GC or USC children...etc...of course those applying would have to have no criminal record or a very minor one.
