That's awful. You will need to get those things out of your credit history; they could be hindering you with your student loan application.
Print out your report. You have to file a dispute with each of the credit bureaus. There is information on how to do this on your credit report.
There is no real time frame on how long it could take. But it took that guy a month to get it off their credit report. Good Luck
