Obama can just give legal work permits renewable every 2 yrs to all illegals with continuing work for 10yrs(no break employment)then they can apply for permanent residency if they wanted to or just remain under the 2yr renewable work visa(a W1,for example).By that,u don't force the ones who do not want to remain in the US but just come to the US for work & work alone ie;farmers etc..
