This is hardly newsworthy. Come on, the guy is from Alabama, a very socially conservative state and home to Jeff Sessions since 1997. Mo Brooks is against abortion, defunding Planned Parenthood, against stem cell research, and even voted against reopening the government and raising the debt ceiling limit and also against the Fiscal Cliff deal. Not to mention he's cosponsored dozens of harsh bills dealing with immigration and border security. He's an unofficial Tea Party member with a 77% white district.
