There's no one else that would executivize such an order, not now or in the future. The time for Obama is to to act is now. Such a think will be looked down upon so no one else will try it.

On my paranoid side, why are the other Republicans even complaining, we are putting our future in their hands even more. They should at least knowledge that if they end the program they have all our information. That is the new order conspiracy I don't know why they are planing tricks, if If I know that they know that they don't want us to know that all they want to know is who is there and what they do and what better way to keep track of everyone than with differed action.
