What does this even mean? The issue is that House Republicans are opposed to immigration reform. Do you think Obama is going to persuade a bunch of people who hate his guts that they should change their views? The work needs to be done by people who can actually influence Republicans, and Obama is not that person. The idea that he's going to magically ram immigration reform through Congress by giving more speeches and or being more "aggressive," whatever that means, is some kind of bizarre fantasy.
