This will take care of older dreamers that didn't qualify for DACA, parents of USCs, as well as parents of DACA beneficiaries. It wouldn't be fair for a couple to receive EO after coming 2 years ago and having USC children as oppose to a coupe being here 10+ years and having no children for various reasons.

I agree 100%. My issue is if the EO's requirements are so specific, that it leaves out deserving people.
