What its going to be is extremely similar to DACA, just a direction to DHS to use prosecutorial discretion to defer cases, only thing is its going to be on a massive scale but I don't think it will go down as an executive order. DACA is working like a charm. Logic tells me they will expand on this and keep increasing eligibility.

Let's hope the discretion is systematic and works in our favor. DHS already works on discretion, but such discretion is not in our favor.
