And I agree. I thought at this point, there would be some information leaked to us. Anything! I am hoping the 2 million was just a talking point (since that's a number Jorge Ramos suggested some estimates are) and not an actual figure being considered by the administration. I estimated in a another post that approximately 5 million people could benefit, including the parents of DACA beneficiaries, based on some 2012 numbers of undocumented immigrants.
However, I could see that number still including long term residents (non-DACA DREAMers), parents of USCs, parents of DACA beneficiaries, and spouses of USCs/LPRs who have been here for 10+ years (About 3.1 million). The vast majority of the undocumented population recent immigrated. As of 2012, " 62 percent of undocumented immigrants have been living in the United States for 10 years or longer."

Wow didn't know that so many of us has been here that long. I like your thinking, but do you think people will want to pay back taxes for something that isn't permanent? What would be the cost of the application, this isn't going to be easy to impliment,USCIS isn't running any faster, with the flood of applicants I bet it will take them 2 years to get 100,000 approved.
