Well, this kinda helps. If USCIS denies me adjustment due to an age out (courtesy of lazy fucks at the DOL sitting on labor certification for over a year, atop of the beginning stuff which took another year) then my step father can always petition me in F2B, since that takes over 5 years - he'll likely naturalize putting me into F1, hence make me eligible for a waiver...
