For anyone who wonders why the judge is not an activist judge or a concerned citizen, here is his opinion:

I'm too old to read it and whether it will affect the extra year granted for DACA. Again, it does not mean current DACA is in danger or any dreamer will be deported or something weird. At this point, this is more gathering information than having an opinion.

In general what is worrisome is not the state of things. There was an article in NPR that was so far the best. Apparently the states are not debating whether the president is within the limits of his power or not but rather that this is happening too soon for them to prepare. In other words, they can't get their shit together. I want to be a lady but sometimes it gets in the way.
Two things that are not important but anyways. First, in general, their language is concerning. Even if they do not address you in particular, can you really say they are not talking about you? Second, remember that the Republican party is the party of no. They are still fighting Obamacare after all these centuries and they threw an even bigger tantrum. If the Dems win the house and the congress and pass CIR, they WILL continue to try to reverse it by suing and legislating their way into nothing. The children of the robots that were created to replace undocumented workers and ultimately destroyed humanity will be the ones to write legislation to appeal DACA postmortem.
