I've read articles more than a month ago that if he were to follow the law, he wouldn't stop the executive action (I don't remember the exact wording). It's his decision that's unconstitutional. And please don't bring up your "argument" about what "other people" think of this executive action. Of course, depending on which side you are on, people will say whether it's lawful or not.
