Exactly. Jeb doesn't even know what DACA is but does want to end it;

Here's what I see happening: he ends DACA, promising immigration reform. He puts out a ridiculous bill that the republican congress blocks. Jeb backs out and says "sorry guys I tried." Result=-1. Loss of DACA/DAPA.
