Ok ok so the first panel decided whether to put a stay on the injunction, meaning that the injunction would still be in place but not go into effect (sort of like an injunction of the injunction) but the new panel will remove the injunction all together (if we win)? God damn this hurts my head.

Another interesting thing is that Judges Jerry Smith and Jennifer Elrod who refused to stay the injunction had in the past also voted against immigrants and in my opinion (don't sue me judges) are hard liners against immigration. With those two not being in the next round, there is hope indeed.
