I just got my RFE yesterday in which they said I had not submit anything to prove my continuos residency status since June 2007- May 2012 and from July 2012- now. I couldn't understand why because I have submitted my tax return paper for those years but apparently those are not good enough . I had gone to the bank today to request for old bank statement records but they can only pull it back up from the beginning of 2008 , which mean I still have a gap of from June 2007- December 2007 that I need to show that I was in the state. I dont know what else I can send them to prove that I was here.
