FOR ANYONE TRAVELING TO THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS OR WHO HAS TRAVELED TO THE USVI:

Hi! I just want to tell you about my experience. First of all, I want to say that we ARE allowed to travel to PR and USVI without AP. you can find that here: https://help.cbp.gov/…/daca-approved...-u.s.-territo…

Last year I traveled to the USVI and had to go through customs to fly back into Puerto Rico. I was questioned, but I didn't have any problems getting back. If you are going to USVI, I suggest you get to the airport (on the way back) hella early.

I sent my DACA renewal a few months ago and a week before my daca expired I got a Notice Of Intent to Deny (NOID) because they claim I left the country August 21, 2014. That's the day I went through customs in St.Thomas USVI. Point is, if you are planning to go to Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands make sure you are documenting your entire trip to avoid any problems in the future. And also, take your EAD and SSN with you. It made my life a whole lot easier coming back!

ps. I already filed an appeal/NOID response. It's been a month since they received my appeal and I still haven't heard back. This is just a PSA for anyone traveling to the USVI. I'm open to any questions if y'all have any.
