Demise
Hopefully he doesn't pull an Obama. Still him being so far to the left gives a lot of bargaining room (especially if democrats can grab congress). He seems like the kind that wouldn't fuck around and cut their vacation days to make them vote on immigration.

Primary time: DA Now, CIR within 100 days.
Election time: CIR eventually, but definitely within his term of office.
Inauguration speech: ...
First 4 years: I can't do executive action, but I'll promise immigration reform only in front of Latino media. Immigration reform? Nah, my wife has a school lunch bill. We had one DA vote on the 11th hour of their majority in congress. It passed the house and could be inserted regardless in conference committee - it didn't.
Re-election time when almost every immigration group got tired of his shit: Okay okay, let's do DACA. Pheew.
Second mid-term election where it's obvious they'll lose the senate: Okay, okay, let's expand DACA and give something to parents of US citizens.
