HR department that they do not disclose that information to anyone over the phone only in writing and only to the employee! I was wrongfully terminated and am in the process of trying to fix this issue and if it is not resolved by the time I get the call from the recruiter I will inform him at that time because my conscience will eat at me if I don't.
