Got back from my first weekend BA, I was nominated as a KP (kitchen patrol) on Saturday, hated it but I gained popularity for doing jobs that usually involved 3-4 people by myself - which means I get preferential treatment at the chow time :P, also, Army food sucks no matter if its freshly cooked.

The thing that put me off was the lack of organization in the Army Reserve, you basically go to your unit and get passed around so much. Also, always check your paper work as you may have to do everything twice (like me) make sure to check everything.
