Civic disobedience of almost any form almost always results in arrest. Especially, as often the case, in state or federal property, where you can grab attention. Question is whether she was convicted. No.

But. DACA is expressly discretionary, with few statutory limitations. DACA merely triggers another regulation that allows those who are suspended from prosecution of the law to qualify for EAD. Again, the limits are not clearly defined, and it is explicitly issues on a case by case discretionary bases. I don't see it going anywhere positive for her.

On a side note, these reactionary antics, typically initiated by Piano in my observation, are getting tedious. Post it somewhere else.

To the both of you, but mostly Piano who keep bring it up first. No one else cares about questions of 'evidence' on the supremely important matter revolving around your conversation of 'he said she said' with Chyno.

Stick to questions of fact related to the thread.
