Not a Filipino here. Still, it's always the Mexicans waiting the Mexican flags when it comes to immigration rallies.
You don't see the Dominicans do it. You don't see Salvadoreans do it. You don't see Brazilians do it. You don't see Colombians do it. You don't see Pakistanis do it. You don't see Polish do it. You don't see Russians do it. You don't see Chinese do it. You don't see Koreans do it. You don't see... you get the idea here.


Say what you will but that's a bullshit way to approach the matter. You try to sell the rhetoric that "These guys have basically assimilated and are pillars of the community" when you have Jose and Maria waving the Mexican flag and yelling "si se puede" because despite barely missing the 1986 amnesty, and having 3 US born kids, neither speaks a lick of English aside the bare minimum needed to order McDonalds.
