Dishonesty on both sides of the issue:
a) The lawsuit by TX is about the merits of DAPA - that has not even gone to full trial yet.
b) The injunction is in place because the administration has not issued a publish and comment period as it did with DACA in 2012, and as it does with most other policy/rulemaking changes. Nearly two years on, this is the reason the community is without immigration relief. The notice and comment period could be issued any day and it would make the injunction moot.
c) Yes, it is important to vote in the interests of progress for immigration reform, but elected officials, organizations, need to be held accountable, too. Hillary Clinton can go further than DACA/DAPA and advance immigration reform by moving up the registry date.
d) I though I'd be desensitized by now after disappointment after disappointment; but no, sadly no.
