Today I tried calling USCIS once again to make a service inquiry on my case but they could not do it! They keep getting the same message I get when i try doing e-request online, so I just e-mailed the NSC directly to try and make a service request.
Also, the lady on the phone told me to call tomorrow to speak with a Tier 2 officer. Let's hope that officer can help me. I will also try and contacting my congresswoman and CIS ombudsman on tomorrow.
Question: Do I just e-mail my congress rep and explain my situation to them? or do speak with a specific person? I can also go in person the their main office located near my house.
