Thanks for the info, My US citizen spouse also petitioned for me but I also self filed all the paperwork and sent it off to USCIS. I'm just nervous because Its always nerve racking when you deal with immigration. :-/ I hope I get approved and hope for no RFE. I have no criminal history and no run ins with immigration. Did you use 245(I) aka (I-485 supplement A form) to adjust your status? I'm using 245(I) based as a grandfathered deriviate beneficiary to forgive me for unlawful stay for the past 20 years. Had to pay an extra $1,000 penalty fee to use 245(I)
