The USCIS phone reps are a joke

Called them 8 in the morning got put in a line for estimated time of "30 mins". Actually got a call back an hour and they transferred me again but the guy accidentally hung up.

Called again and then get put in a line for "1 hour" and still waiting on them it's been over 3 hours now


All I need is someone to unlock my god damn USCIS account and they make me wait for over five hours
