I haven't received my biometrics notice yet either. I too got a sizable raise, but that doesn't strike me as a reason to delay sending a notice. I suspect that when many sent their very first application in, they were making virtually nothing as nobody could technically work. By the first renewal, many held jobs, which necessarily meant that there was a huge jump in their income. So what gives this time around?
