I can't even put in a service request until 8/22. He said that expedite of cases can happen, but it's case by case basis. I expedited in 2014, so I know they do it, it's difficult, but I still have one option left.
4 SR's, ombudsman case open, congressman request open. I don't know what's next.

I noticed that people who are not getting their biometrics appointment have changed their income from the last time they applied. In my case it went from 20,000 to 60,000. Does this also apply to you?
