I got a call back from a tier 2 representative and it was one minute of silence and then I got hung up on lolol what a joke. I called right after and the lady I got was super nice and admitted that there is a huge delay happening - but of course they are unable to do anything about it. Lucky us.

One of the most annoying parts about it has been having to air all my immigration issues out at work. So three of the top people where I work (Directors in their 50's) now know about my case and it's a bit embarrassing. Luckily, they are telling me they will rehire, but it's such an awkward thing to have to go through since I can't help but think it'll affect my perception and my growth in the company. Furthermore, I will lose all my benefits, healthcare, etc while waiting for USCIS to get it together.

I just keep reminding myself that there was a time that I would have been happy to even have a pending case in the system.
