So I made an InfoPass appointment few weeks ago in regards to the delayed DACA renewal processing. The only slot open at the time was outside the 105-day mark from the receipt date. Facing the possibility of being turned away for going too early, I went on their website today trying to reschedule that appointment to a later date.

Apparently the system was able to match up my A# and birthday to determine that I already have an appointment open and did not let me create a new one. The only way to cancel or reschedule the existing one is by entering the confirmation #(which can be found on the appointment letter re-print) and a 5-digit PIN which was only provided on the confirmation screen the first time you scheduled it. This PIN generation system was confirmed by the official source here: https://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/fi...s_20130606.pdf

Quote:
As a security measure, the PIN is displayed only at the time the appointment is created and cannot be retrieved at any other time.
Now how the heck am I supposed reschedule my appointment without that PIN which I unfortunately did not write down believing that the letter could always be re-printed?
