So I called this morning and told the representative I had an infopass appointment last Wednesday (which I did) and they told me if I didn't hear anything by Monday to call that number and request to speak to an immigration officer (i fibbed a little) luckily he believed me and transferred me to the answering service which requested I leave my name and number for a call back.

About an hour ago the immigration officer called me and I spoke to them for about 30 minutes.. she could only find my i-821d but not my i-765 so she placed me on hold when she came back she stated my i-765 was still in the old system (eyeroll) anywho after explaining everything she said she was expediting my application and that I will have an answer by the 25th (praying its true)

She also asked me why I had waited so long to get to them and I told them I called multiple times but all I kept getting was a keep waiting response... she said to not accept that next time and keep asking for them until someone transfers you because this delay requires their attention!

Also, NILC emailed me back saying they flagged my case with DHS yesterday

I'm praying something comes out of all our work!
