I also expire 9/10, and nothing since biometrics back in May, so we're in the same boat. Calling USCIS makes me lose faith in humanity.
They say to call back closer to expiration date, but when I ask let's say I expire today, what can you do differently. They're like, uhhh nothing different, we'll just say that your case is being processed and you just have to wait.
