Same thoughts here. I get that this is a discretionary program but so is much of the immigration including AOS. The way we have been given the run is surprising. Usual folks waiting at DMVs will get a new perspective of how some other orgs can run if they experience something like this.

The systems are working well enough to collect the fees, and their published guidelines make it seem like waterproof as long as we do our part (applying between 120-150 days). It is anything but that, and seemingly random processing doesn't give us any idea of when things can get approved.
