I wasn't aware that this renewal problem was a widespread problem. I'm currently awaiting for my approval as well from the Nebraska Service center. My EAD expires on 9/19, and they recieved my app on 5/23. I did my biometrics on 7/14.

These previous posts have got me worried now. I've never had a lapse before, and have not accrued any unlawful presence yet. I'm worried that they're gonna approve my app too late. Here's to holding on hope.
