I logged into my account to view the documents they received under "evidence." I found that my I-765 Worksheet I sent had been scanned in with the 821-D application documents and not with the Form I-765 application.

Was it scanned in like that for anyone else? or did they mess that up for me?

I expire 9/4. My application was received 4/1. I am calling tomorrow but am not hoping that will be of any help.
