just an update... after contacting NILC they flagged my case, which I think triggered something because two days ago I received a text for both DACA and EAD.. after logging in it said my case was received on 8/15. Today I called and told the representative that my case was submitted in April, but he could not see it.. So he transferred me to to a tier 2.. I called right at 8 but still had to wait about 30 minutes to get a call back. anyways the guy was very friendly and was able to submit an inquiry explaining that my EAD expired today and that my case had been outstanding for four months.. he also explained that for some reason my case had been re-scanned and that was the reason I received the text...
Does that mean your case reset itself ?
